Hypno 1st Edition - Beckett Mint 9

Hypno Foil from 1999 Fossil 1st Edition set. Got the silver label, Beckett 9.0 out of 10.

Final Sub-Grades:
Centering 9.0
Corners 9.0
Edges 9.5
Surface 9.5

Personally sent to Beckett 6/2012
Value: $20 -$25

This Hypno is a fantastic example! TWO 9.5 subs. He almost pulled off a Gem Mint. Originally from a PokeGym trade, I sent this card to Beckett last year (2012), and boy was I happy with the grade! Enjoy the pics!!

Japanese Glaceon Level X - Graded BGS 7.5

Glaceon Lv X from 2007 Japanese Dawn Dash expansion. Final Grade of 7.5

Sub-Grades:
Centering 9.5
Corners 8.5
Edges 6.5
Surface 9.0

Bought at online auction 1/2013.
Value: $15-$20

Grading this card did not increase its value much. But it did increase the cool factor by a LOT! This card is super-sparkly-shiny-yeah! Looks stunning!! How many cards have you seen with a 7.5? Low grade of 6.5 and high grade 9.5. AND it's a $20 card to boot! Nice!

Aggron ex #89 - Beckett Graded 8.5

Aggron ex from 2006 Crystal Guardians expansion. Got the silver label, Beckett 8.5 out of 10.

Final Sub-Grades:
Centering 9.5
Corners 8.0
Edges 8.5
Surface 9.0

Bought at online auction 12/2013.
Value: Under $10.00

What makes this card nice? Not much. For starters, don't send a card to be graded with damaged corners, especially a cheap card! An 8.0 has obvious wear, very easy to see. And since most cards are printed with perfect centering, a 9.5 is just average. At least Aggron looks cool in front of those flames!
